(BY MITA)
April 11, 2009 is gonna be a long day...
Parade assembly time is 7:30 a.m. at La Consolacion College. We can just walk wearing our batch shirts or bring cars with streamers. Tentative route is from LCCD to Mercury then left to Hotel Dolor, then left from Jollibee to the other bridge and back to Laco. We will have DBC and majorettes and police escorts and some kids with us. Hopefully, if we can tap radio groups CANORA or Xtreme (c/o HAJEL DAMES) mas ok.
Reunion is at Villa Mila Garden Resort from 3pm to 10pm. We'll have a little program care of Tats, Raymond, Joy, Pammy and Jonathan, pica pica and supper. Corkage for wine is Php100 per bottle. We'll see if we can arrange transportation for those who live in other towns.
Please confirm by text at 09174468339 if you're attending both the parade and reunion. See you!

UPDATE: FINALLY, Our venue: Villa Mila Garden Resort
(BY MITA)
Peeps, I think we should make my parents honorary members of the batch, who, despite their pressing work: canvassed for three venues, made reservations, helped me out with the projector and for having volunteered to follow up the advertisement on radio, hehehehe....
Ang kwento kasi, JOHANN'S place at Daet (which he earlier volunteered) wont be available anymore on April 11 coz his relatives are coming over. We can't settle for their Labo residence kasi malayo for most of us.
This pm, my mom and pop called to tell me that they canvassed at Bel-air, Central Plaza and Villa Mila. After several discussions, they had Villa Mila Garden Resort reserved for our reunion on April 11, 2009 at 3pm and deposited money (utang ko yan sa kanila). Villa Mila GArden resort and Conference Center is located at Vinzons Avenue, Daet Camarines Norte.. (landmark: in front of CN Water District and near Central Plaza). By the way, thank you to ERIC BASIT and LOURDES IBASCO for doing some canvassing too!
Finally, we can now send out advertisements, streamers and radio broadcasts... my cousin, HANS CAMU, per info of my uncle RICKY VILLAFUERTE, volunteered to have the streamers made. hay salamat... maaasahan talaga mga kamag-anak ko hehehe.
I would like to report to you that at Villa Mila's the amount involved is Php220/pax- this includes the venue, supper, tables and chairs, lights, sound system. There's a choice between pool side and function hall and I deem it best sa function hall para di tayo maulanan hehehehe. Besides, i doubt if anyone would go swimming.. The P220/pax is good for at least 50 persons (so, P220 x 50 is like 11,000.00), quota nila yan. We can add up to 100 persons but we have to inform them asap. Dinner consists of a choice of soup, fried chicken, a choice between fresh lumpia or buttered veggies; rice; and a choice between leche flan or fruits). Other package deals are pork so scrap na yan. We can bring additional food na picapica, so we can tap ALVIN for this.
Hindi pa kasama ang alcohol dyan. Php100 per bottle ang corkage... if ever we decide to bring wine...
Projector and LCD is care of my Mom... Ill try to prepare powerpoint presentation plus music. RICKY what do you think? Can u make a video editing or something? di ako marunong ng imaginate na program.. Nga pala, PLEASE GUYS, email naman kayo ng pictures natin kahit nung bata pa tayo... mga candid pics, whatever, send them to ricky_jan26@yahoo.com or mita_pb@yahoo.com.
As of today, nagconfirm si Joey delos Santos, so 40 people na ang aatend na sure. Err... our beloved FATHER JUVENSON ALARCON is asking to help out, he might not make it kasi busy sya sa Holy Week and he's assigned at Larap... Father baka naman pwede ka mahiram kahit one hour lang? (Yan kasi... tayo mga pasaway, Black Saturday pa nagschedule, hahaha.) The mails I sent courtesy of my Pop who mailed them, were all sent except yung kila Gemma Abejero, Noreen Patricio and Christopher Adano (Return to Sender).
Tuloy na tuloy ang motorcade. I texted Steve Efondo (Batch 95) na we'll join them.. Please coordinate with us if you're joining at kung magdadala ng sasakyan, if u need streamers do let me know. We are gonna wear t-shirts care of ERLIECK FACTOR. Its gonna be free basta punta lang kayo... Maybe we should just have 70 shirts ERLIECK? what say you?
Also, SUGGESTIONS please on what will we put on the streamers? and radio ad?
Something funky, sexy or cool... Like, "Kinse Anyos pero oragon na" ....... (parang baduy..). My Tito's batch theme goes like : "After 20 years: Gurang na pero Oragon pa rin.." Asteeeegggg!
Grabe nakakapressure. whew! Yung mga committees dyan, please helppppp. Nagtatampo na ako sa mga ine-email ko dyan ng updates, who are not responding.. not even texting. ..oy piso lang yan no.... PLEASE PLEASE confirm if you are attending or not.
I am still hopeful that everything will turn out well. Goodluck to us!
PS:
Our very own, ATTY. RAYMUNDO AQUINO is the guest speaker for the Highschool Commencement Exercises of La Consolacion College of Daet.
We're so proud of you, panero!!
Oha oha, oragon talaga... See you guys!

UPDATES: March 20, 2009 meet up at Quattro
(BY MITA)
First, let’s thank Tats, Raymond and J.J. for their unfaltering tenacity and dedication in this year’s reunion planning and organizing and most specially in collecting the contributions. You guys should know na cinareer ni J.J. (our talented bagman) ang pagiging finance chair.
So, again, for the 5th time (or is it the 6th na?), we: Pammy, Charles, Johann, Erlieck, Angelo, Oscar, Imee, Alfredo, J.J., Tats, Raymond and yours trulily, met up at (we abandoned Amici) Quattro Bar at Timog Avenue, Quezon City to finalize our plans. Me nang-indian na naman sa amin… Chester and Jonathan Jariel….. hmmm mukhang me sarili silang date…ahem.
That night, the generous Pammy, Charles and our Vice Chair, Erlieck already gave their minimum contributions of two thousand pesos each (err, Cathy and Chester, minimum lang raw yun dinonate nyo, baka gusto nyo raw dagdagan pa, hehehe). Previously, Alvin and Karen Abanilla already sent their conjugal contributions. Benjamin Lamiel and Myra Salamanca sent their respective contributions via my BPI account even if they’re not attending daw. Thanks to you guys!
We have thus far collected a total of twenty thousand plus (Php20,000.00 +).... which, by the way is a measly sum if we are expecting a hundred or more people. Kasi, I was hoping we could collect around Php50k so we can have revolving funds for the next reunion.
So, let’s reiterate…we need your contributions before this month ends.. more importantly, a confirmation of whether “aatend ba? or hindi?” kasi we need a headcount for the venue. As of March 20, 2009, thirty nine (39) persons have thus far confirmed attendance. We expect around fifty (50) more. Sana magparamdam na yung ibang cannot be reached…
I already sent letters by mail to some, whose last known addresses are only indicated in the high-school yearbook. Hopefully the letters already reached them this week.
So here’s what we have agreed thus far:--------------------------------------------------------
VENUE: is now a choice between the Daet (at the back of Capitol) or the Labo (Manlapaz Subdivision) residences of JOHANN RAMORES. He will have yet to confirm today which of the two… but its free hehehe. Same people will help JOHANN out –JAEMEEO!
FOOD and REFRESHMENTS: we are contracting out ALVIN’s catering business. But we need a headcount so please… confirm attendance asap.
CHAIRS and TABLES: TATS will ask around raw. TRISTAN, according to ANGELO has this party favors business, which he had yet to confirm. ANGELO will shoulder the balloons for the venue and the motorcade.
SHIRTS and PRINTING: ERLIECK is the man for this. 100 light blue shirts, with the printed “LCCD Batch ‘94” and “15 AÑOS NA” in front. Sizes are small, medium, large, and extra large. Please inform ERLIECK (09178551430) of your sizes within this week.
MOTORCADE: Well, according to RAYMOND, baka pwedeng sabay na lang tayo sa Batch 95 (Laribelle Rafer-Aquino’s batch). I have yet to contact the batch’s chairman. So please text me (09174468339), who amongst you are willing to join and to bring vehicles.. Medyo mainit so siguro sakay na lang lahat. Let’s ask ROBINSON VEGA and MARSHA HERNANDEZ-AQUILLER to help us out on this. Yung mga gusto magpagawa ng tarpaulin or streamers para sa cars nila, lagay nyo na lang mga name and titles nyo if any, more importantly, yung “LCCD Batch 94” in bold letters…
STREAMER, TV and RADIO ADS: TV ad is care of TATS and will be aired at ABS CBN New Channel (ANC). RADIO ad is via the DWCN-FM (Radyo ng Bayan), and I’ll be sending them the text of what will be aired soon as JOHANN confirms the venue. It will be aired weekly around 3x a week. I assigned RICKY and HANS for the streamers and my KUYA MELVIC is working on the design for the tarpaulin.
PRINTED DIRECTORY: We will be giving away printed contact booklets after the event so we can be closer….naks.
I think, the boys enjoyed the “Kampay! Kampay! inuman” and thus requested that the next meeting be held be on April 3, 2009, 7pm at Crocodile Grill, Greenbelt 3, Makati City. We’ll finalize all the plans and make sure everything is done by then. We’re expecting that JOYCE B., MYRNA, JEN, IVY, DANDIN, and MARY JOY will all be there. See you!
I’m thinking of holding a final meeting in Daet a few days before April 11, and please join us: RICKY, HANS, LOURDES, MARGIE, CHERRY, ALLAN, ALVIN, KAREN, JOJO, EUGENIO, LOUIE, and the rest of the committee members, so we can finalize everything. Thanks…

March 20, 2009 - Quattro, Timog
(PHOTOS and COMMENTS by TATS)
Just two weeks later, we met up yet again. It's CRUNCH Time!!!
See how serious Raymond and Mita are. Yep, it's no easy task putting a reunion together. And so we honor Mita, Raymond, JJ and all the rest who have been there all the time - sometimes not physically but they're always in touch.
Just two weeks later, we met up yet again. It's CRUNCH Time!!!
See you all again on Friday, April 3 in Makati. Wait for updates from Mita.
March 7, 2009 - Glorietta / Celebrity Sports
A little over a month later, we met up again. Yipee! Its fantabulous to see new faces!!!
Beautiful ladies: Jennifer and Mita
Desperation can sometimes lead you to do crazy things. In this case, we are in dire need of a few thousand bucks... a lot of it actually... to start this anniversary gig rolling.
So what do you do when you know that the classmates who made it possible for your section to win the "BOX" contest every October are in one place? And you've been sorta, kinda invited to drop by.
Well, you drive (at least the guys did) from Makati all the way to Quezon City.
The event, joint birthday party of Chester's kids.

March 8, 2009 Update: WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
(BY MITA)
Yesterday (March7, 2009) at 4:00pm (originally, 3pm kaso madami na namang late, hehehe), we held a “panic”-meeting for the upcoming reunion at BO’s Coffee, Glorietta-4 Makati . I texted around 20+ people and only a few confirmed. Of the very few who confirmed… very very few attended….Thanks to the ever-helpful Tats, Raymond, J.J., Jen, Johann (Renan tried hehehe).
As for those who didn’t make it (Myrna, Dandin, Joy, Joyce, Pammy, Mylene M., Ivy, Imee, Jonathan J., Erlieck, Owen, Cecille, Rose, etc etc.. whom i texted) we hope to see you on the next meeting (March 20, Friday, 7pm at Amici, Timog Avenue, Quezon City- the itallian resto just below Ratsky’s). More importantly, we need your presence at the reunion, ok?
At the meeting, we had our usual chitchats.. chismis.. updates, (sorry na lang yung mga pinulutan namin na mga loveteams). We realized the reunion is sooooo very near and we don’t have a venue yet! The BIGGEST problem that we have is the LACK OF FUNDS… So, we extorted each other. Thanks to the generous Tats and Johann.
We called up Cathy (our big time friend-Doctor) and Chester. Raymond and J.J. sort of felt like joy-riding and getting lost at Marikina.. so we went to Q.C. and invited ourselves (gate-crashed) to Chester’s kid’s birthday bash at Celebrity Sports Complex (Happy Birthday again to Heather and Peter!). We were so glad to have free dinner courtesy of Chester. Fortunately, Cathy, Angelo and Oscar were there..so we extorted them too… hehehee. Thanks to Chester, Cathy and Oscar for your contributions. We also got a confirmation from Alvin that he will be depositing next week their (also Karen's) conjugal contributions. Thanks in advance.
Last January 17, 2009, Renan Yao already gave money despite the fact that he couldn’t attend dahil sa tax season daw… (Pareng Renan thanks, pero di ba sa April 15 pa naman yun baka pwede ka pa naman umuwi…sige naaaa). So far the alumni coffers have Php6,500.00 as of March 7, 2009… :-(
So please… guys… we need your contributions ASAP before March 15, 2009. You may send it through my BPI Express International (Savings Account Number: 3459 0319 86) and text J.J. or me for receipt verification and acknowledgment or personally give it to the coordinators, namely: for Daet- Lourdes or Alvin or Eric and for Manila- J.J. Ong. Dont forget, Php200 is just the minimum, so c'mon lets all be generous (especially our big time friends) hehehehe.
Attached herewith are the updated directory, the alumni letter, and the list of committees for the reunion. For those whose whereabouts are unknown, im sending out letters by registered mail to their last known address (courtesy of the highschool yearbook). Consider them as subpoenaes. :-)
Thank you for bearing with my kakulitan.. ganyan talaga. Next time gawin na nating yearly to dapat me revolving funds na saka ma-incorporate na din.
PS: Please always check your emails.. friendster... facebook..and your mail

Re: Invitation and Contributions/ Sponsorships for the 2009 LCCD 94 Alumni Homecoming
Dear BATCHMATES:
The Alumni/ Alumnae of La Consolacion College of Daet (LCCD) Batch 1994 are holding a grand reunion/homecoming this Black Saturday, April 11, 2009. Parade assembly time is at 7:30am at LCCD and the reunion proper is at 3-10pm at the Villa Mila Garden Resort, Daet, Camarines Norte.
The objectives of this event are to: (1) create a database for all the batch’s alumni; (2) establish an alumni association; (3) generate funds towards the possibility of having alumni-sponsored projects such as to help LCCD continue dispensing affordable quality education to students and other civic purposes; and (4) obviously, to rekindle old friendships.
As chair of the 2009 reunion, I am writing to request your important participation in this year’s event. However, this will not be realized without your cooperation and financial support. The individual contribution is Php200.00 each and may be coursed through the Finance Committee Chair Joseph John Ong, or personally through the representatives per class section as indicated below. Feel free to contribute more than the amount required so we can generate funds for the next reunion and future projects.
